The Corporation of the Township of Langley used the services of O.T.S. to evaluate three applicants for the position of spare backhoe operator.
The information provided by O.T.S. proved to be valuable in helping us make the decision of selecting the operator with the required knowledge, ability and skills.
The applicants were evaluated on all points that were pertinent to the daily operation of a backhoe.
I do not hesitate to recommend O.T.S. to provide a fair evaluation of anyone sent there to demonstrate their ability in operating a loader backhoe.

The City of North Vancouver has used the services of O.T.S. for the evaluation and upgrade training of backhoe operators. We were pleased with the professional manner in which they performed the evaluations and training and are satisfied that the upgrade training has benefited our operators.
We intend on using O.T.S. to provide additional backhoe upgrade training.
