Operators Training School is one of the leading heavy equipment training facilities in Western Canada.
It was founded in 1987 under the original name of Otter Training School. We are a family run business that provides a personal touch. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond to help our students attain their goals.
Our training ground is situated on 27 acres enabling instruction on a wide variety of terrain, including flat ground, trenches, hills, and steep inclines. Students will learn the basics of maintaining the equipment, and be operating the equipment on their first day. Students will be on site 3-days per week and be working with the equipment for the entirety of the day.

The purpose of Operators Training School is to provide high quality training in the operation of Heavy Equipment that meets all industry operation and safety standards enabling our students to secure employment as Heavy Equipment Operators.
